At YPC, rather than just throw a lot of information at you through seminars, we simply allow you to learn from the experience of building your own portfolio. Yes, we're here to hold your hand and offer whatever support you need, but most importantly, we'll do the work while you watch and learn, every step of the way.

We'll handle the entire process from reservation through to your first letting. Your own personal portfolio manager will assist you with portfolio strategy and structuring.

Building a portfolio is something you do as part of a team. Your team here at YPC consists of:
- a research analyst who will source the properties and conduct due diligence,
- a property consultant who will answer any day-to-day queries and questions that you may have,
- your personal portfolio manager who will oversee the development of your portfolio and conduct regular reviews,
- dedicated property managers who will see your property go from reservation to completion and then through to its first letting.
We will also bring on board professional mortgage brokers, specialist solicitors as well as a host of furniture, flooring, and letting agents as required.
