YPC expands in Spain with the opening of our first overseas office.

Spanish Office

Well after almost 3 years of working in Spain and YPC has finally bitten the bullet and has taken office premises in the Villamartin Town Square in Spain. We are just in the process of setting up the phones etc and we'll announce this more formally.

Our Spanish arm will be sourcing property and conducting tours for interested clients, they will also be overseeing the letting and marketing of our properties in conjunction with Property Hounds, our property managers. The office will also be tasked with extended the great relationships I have already built in the region.

As part of my commitment to the people that work in the YPC business we are also looking at expanding into a number of other countries.

Australia

We are also looking at expanding into the Australian and in particular my home town of Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Already we have Murray (our Online Business Director) and Alana (our Marketing Manager) who are based in Australia.

I have so many contacts that its a shame to let them go to waste so don't be surprised if you start to see a few Australian developments from July onwards.

Once we have established ourselves in each of the UK, Spanish, South African and Australian markets you will have a wide range of property to choose from and a range of markets to maximise the performance of your portfolio.

It also means that we get to play in a few more countries and my mum will be pleased to see me more regularly.
