YPC Welcomes Arlene Alegre to the team as Quality and Human Resources Manager.

Hey guys,
I am happy to announce that Arlene has started as our Quality and Human Resources Manager. It's an area of the business that I believe strongly in. One of my first jobs during University was as a Human Resources Manager for a large hospital.
Arlenes background is in Food quality and safety, having worked for Marks and Spencer and more recently Harrods. So I have asked her to look after the HR and also to prepare us for the ISO 9001 accreditation. For those of you that don't know this is the International Organisation for Standardisation, basically a quality management standard to ensure that all processes within the business are consistent and well documented.
I have decided to go down this road as I feel as we get bigger and bigger I don't want to lose the personal touch of our Portfolio Management that we are well known for. This is just one way that I feel we can keep the personal touch while dealing with the strains of growing and expanding.
So welcome Arlene I am sure you will hear a lot from her into the future.
Oh, and for those of you that don't know, Arlene is actually Alana (our Marketing Manager's) sister and she is also my Fiance!
