I think far too often we can judge areas by what they used to be rather than what they have become or through regeneration, are in the process of becoming. The UK as a whole has had a massive amount of regeneration over the past 10 years and it continues to grow and regenerate. So don't think; just because it WAS the pits; that it isn't now the next trendy upbeat place to be.

Doncaster is such a place. This is our 3rd development in the Doncaster 'DN' postcodes. The area has had over a billion pounds in regeneration monies since 2000.

I truly believe that you will never lose when your property is on the water. Let's face it property within a stone's throw of water appeals to almost anyone but even more important is that fact it's scarce. The scarcer the property the more valuable.

Now add to that a massive waterfront regeneration project - The Canal Quarter and the redevelopment on the River Mersey and you can understand why I am so excited about this development.
