Our focus is to support you to build your portfolio from 0 - 10 properties. Naturally, it's not something that can be done overnight. It'll require a commitment of time on your part to ensure you achieve it.
At first it may seem like a daunting task but with the help of your personal portfolio team it will become easier. Your Portfolio Manager oversees your portfolios growth from the outset. They will sit down with you, assess progress and help map out the future of your portfolio on a regular basis.
When you first start out this may be once a month, but going forward it may be every 6 months. The important thing is that they are here whenever you feel you need them. They may also request a review even if you may not think you need one. It's a two way working relationship.
With each review you will come away with a step by step plan. This will give you a roadmap for the future.
