Strategy

StrategyStrategy is probably the most important aspect of your portfolio. It dictates most decisions like; when to purchase, what to purchase, how to purchase. At Your Property Club we have a very simple process for building your portfolio.

It begins with:-

The "1,2 STOP" Strategy

This simply means buy a couple of properties and stop investing. During this time it is all about raising your level of EDUCATION and developing the EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE of a professional investor. This is where your Portfolio manager is available to answer all your questions.

"5 and HOLD" Strategy

Once you have achieved 5 properties we will then set aside some time to develop the systems that are required to make it very easy to manage your portfolio. It's all about "Set and Forget". This includes such things as learning how to best use credit cards, bank accounts, offset or all-in-one accounts. Our team will teach you all the tricks of large investors.

The second aspect is that we will then set some very clear LIFESTYLE goals. Prior to working in property, Brett owned and ran his own personal development company and has written books on the subject. Simon was a top personal trainer and Editor of a Mens fitness magazine. They both bring the same passion to creating lifestyle as they do to property.

"7-10 x 7-10" Strategy

This strategy is simply - purchase 7 - 10 properties and hold them for 7 -10 years. Over this time they should have doubled in value and you will also have doubled your portfolio and created enough equity to self fund your pension/retirement.

"Question Mark" Strategy

The question now is simply "How many properties do you need to fund the lifestyle you desire?" You may find that you are happy with your existing portfolio or you may have caught the bug and are striving for more.

The decision is yours.
